Purpose:
Redirect URL addresses to Service Hub 2.0. ServiceNow administrators will redirect URLs from Service Hub 1.0 to Service Hub 2.0 to enable the portal for public use.

Impact:
ServiceNow is not expected to experience any downtime.
ServiceNow response time may be slower during the scheduled change window.
