Purpose: Moving traffic to the secondary Procera as a workaround for a latency issue that was discovered on the primary Procera after the firmware upgrade last week.

Impact: Brief loss of Internet/I2 connectivity while the routing is switched to the secondary path.

Locations Affected: All Campus traffic to/from the Internet and I2.
