CAS Degradation
Incident Report for UC Davis
Resolved
Users were unable to login to services that rely on CAS for authentication. Staff have resolved the issue by placing the failed client into maintenance mode.

Reason:
A broken CAS client resulted in a denial of service of the CAS service.

Affected Services:
* MyUCDavis
* SISWeb
* MyAdmissions
* SmartSite
* Sympa mailing list management and archives
* Geckomail
* DavisMail
* TRS
* Federated applications, such as the UC Learning Center (U-Learn)
