Purpose:
Renew Extended Validation security certificate.

Impact:
No end user impact is expected from this change. However, the new certificate employs a stronger SHA-2 cryptographic signature.

The new signature requires the use of a different certificate authority chain for validation. CAS client operators are encouraged to test their services against an updated server, casweb9.ucdavis.edu, prior to the maintenance window.
