Banner Connect Degradation

Resolved
Banner Connect was experiencing a brief degradation of service related to SSL certificates. System administrators have resolved the issue.

This issue was effecting only older un-supported version of Internet Explorer 9. IE11, Firefox, and Chrome where unaffected.
