Purpose:
Performing the monthly test of the Telecom Building backup power generator.

Impact:
None expected. All power should automatically switch over to generator power for the duration of the test.

Affected:
-Campus and Resnet data networks
-Connectivity to the Internet
-Voice services including voicemail
