Purpose:
Deploy changes to support Duo Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

Impact:
The "Add or remove services" link on Computing Accounts (https://computingaccounts.ucdavis.edu) will be replaced with a "Manage account services" link.

Specifics on how to subscribe to the Duo service (IDUO service permit), restrictions on its use, and how to manage devices are described in the UC Davis Service Hub Knowledge Base article http://kb.ucdavis.edu/?id=1225
