Purpose: Configuration update to ensure timely delivery of messages to non-UC Davis service providers.

Impact: Users sending mail from Exchange to recipients outside of Exchange will experience delivery delays during this time. Messages sent from outside of Exchange to recipients in the Exchange organizations will also be delayed. Other Exchange features such as inter-organizational free/busy status may be intermittently unavailable during this time.
