Purpose:
Apply performance, security and Duo-related updates to CAS.

Impact:
The entire CAS cluster will be restarted; all logged-in users will lose their CAS sessions and will need to re-login.
If you use egress firewall rules for your CAS client servers, two new dedicated networks will be added to the CAS service:
169.237.248.16/28
169.237.248.48/28
