Purpose: Switch enterprise default email service from Cyrus IMAP to Exchange/Office 365 for new, non-student affiliates.
Impact: Any clients being migrated off Cyrus IMAP will not be allowed to redirect their mailid back to the Cyrus service.
Clients redirecting their mailid away from Cyrus IMAP will not be allowed to point their mailid back to Cyrus without ITX assistance.
Per policy, Health System affiliates will no longer be allowed to redirect their campus mailid.
