Purpose:
ServiceNow upgrade to the Geneva Release Patch 3.

Impact:
ServiceNow will unavailable for a brief period during the upgrade process. Expected downtime is approximately one hour. Remaining maintenance time will be dedicated to release patching and functionality enhancements. The service will be available, but performance may be degraded. Release notes will be available Monday, February 8th at: http://itsm.ucdavis.edu/development-release-notes
