Purpose:
ADFS (Active Directory Federation Services) infrastructure will be upgrade to version 3.0 to enhanced high availability architecture and will provide a better single-sign-on experience for users of Office365.

Impact:
Authentication services using ADFS will briefly unavailable as services are moved to new infrastructure and DNS updates.
