Purpose:
Skype for Business provides better integration with Skype and is the most current version of Microsoft’s Instant Messaging software.

Impact:
All Lync services will be unavailable during upgraded. After upgrade users using Lync 2013 client with most recent update installed will now get the Skype for Business UI.
