Purpose:
Need to move the fiber that feeds the network switch at the Bookstore Warehouse.

Impact:
Brief loss of network connectivity as the fiber is moved from the old pair to the
new. The network will not be down the entire time of the maintenance. The longer
window is needed due to the timing of when the fiber will be ready to move.
