Purpose:
Cycle the ServiceNow production instance to resolve a known problem that prevents scheduled jobs from retrieving data using SFTP.
This maintenance will also apply ServiceNow patch 6 hotfix 1 on the Production instance.


Impact:
ServiceNow may not be available for up to one hour during the change window.
Service performance may be reduced during the maintenance window.
