Identified - Multiple wet splices on a voice underground cable have been identified as causing issues to several buildings. Outside Plant has been working at multiple locations to remedy the situation. Repairs will continue into next week.

This change implements the foundational changes needed for developing service catalog requests and automation in ServiceNow. It implements changes to the ServiceNow Request Item (RITM) and Task record functions which are planned for use in future request fulfillment processes.
This is a non-disruptive change. No downtime is expected.

The affected splice is in the process of being dried out. Users from the Annual Fund Trailer have also reported voice troubles that are related to this incident.

Several users at Jungerman Hall are reporting interruption to voice services. Initial testing indicates a possible wet cable splice. Outside Plant and NOC personnel are investigating.

At 1:30pm, ServiceNow stopped processing all emails. The issue was resolved at approximately 5:10pm. Emails were received during this time period and are being restored. We will continue to monitor and validate.
